How do I request a payout?

To request a payout, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Your Dashboard: On the PropFundX website, navigate to your dashboard.
2. Select “Payouts”: In the menu, click on “Payouts” to access the payout request form.
3. Fill Out the Form: Complete the payout request form. Note that once this form is submitted, your connected trading account will switch to view-only mode until the payout is processed, so ensure all trades are closed.
4. Processing Time: Payouts are processed within 1-3 working days. The minimum payout amount is 1% of the initial balance, including our split.
