When will I need to complete KYC verification?

You will need to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process once your evaluation is approved by our team. You can do this through the dashboard by going to Settings > Verify. A notification will also appear at the top of your dashboard to remind you about the verification process. The entire verification and approval process usually takes just a few minutes.

Steps involved in the KYC process:

1. 1. Proof of Identity: You can use any of the following documents:

1. • Government ID
   • Driver’s license
   • Permanent residence permit
   • Passport
2. A Selfie:
   • The selfie must be a clear image that matches the Proof of Identity you have provided.
